5:00-7:15 am - Registration and packet pick up at Bowers Harbor Park

5:00-7:45 am - Transition area open for ALL athletes to set up

7:45 am - Transition area closes for OLYMPIC racers. All Olympic distance racers must leave transition area.

7:45 am - Race briefing at transition (required for ALL athletes)

8:00 am - Transition area closes for SPRINT racers. All sprint distance racers must to leave transition area.

8:00 am - Olympic triathlon, wave 1 (men)

8:05 am - Olympic triathlon, wave 2 (women)

8:35 am - Sprint triathlon, wave 3 (women)

8:45 am - Sprint triathlon, wave 4 (men)

11:15 pm - Awards ceremony

12:00 - 3:30 - Post race party at The Jolly Pumpkin (click here for map)

Don't forget to bring a photo ID and your USAT license (where applicable) to registration/packet pick up.
