Area runners and triathletes of all abilities are invited to join a recreational team that encourages a fun, healthy, active lifestyle. The EXCELerate / Endurance Evolution Team is focused on training and social programs developed specifically to support the estimated 3000 Traverse City area runners and triathletes seeking the camaraderie and support of fellow athletes.

Here's how we support our athletes:

Free injury assessments
Monthly team clinics with expert guest speakers
Groups runs, rides, and swims
Team issue technical t-shirt
Team issue casual shirt
At-cost purchase of custom team issue triathlon & running uniforms
Access to individualized coaching
Weekly summer track workouts
Discount on entry to Endurance Evolution and EXCEL races
Discount on XTERRA wetsuit purchases
Priority access to EXCEL physical therapy services
And, most of all, the camraderie and support of fellow athletes.

So what do you have to do?

Participate in at least two (2) local running races or triathlons during the 2013 season.
Volunteer for at least one (1) event that benefits our local running/triathlon community.
Wear the team uniform for all running and triathlon events (local and non-local).

Cost is $75 before January 31 and $99 between February 1 and March 1.
