For our first episode we sat down with Heather Durocher, also known as Michigan Runner Girl. Heather is a runner, mother, writer, and budding entrepreneur from Traverse City, Michigan. She writes a blog, MichiganRunnerGirl.com, where she talks about running, traveling, and being active all around the state of Michigan (and sometimes beyond). Some of the things we talked about were her how she got started with running, how she manages to get her running fix while away in family vacations, and a little bit about her blog.
